Payment methods

Payment will be made to the The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes  via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

Authority to sign

Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under

this Contract.

Modifications

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Damages to The Rental

If the Rental is set up for display at a multi-day event and is left overnight at

the event facility any damages to the vehicle are the responsibility of the event holder. Event

holder hereby agrees to provide adequate security and protection of the vehicle if left overnight

at the event location. Any damages to the vehicle for any reason if incurred during storage at

the event location are the responsibility of the event holder and are payable to The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes 

Deposit & Cancellation Information

A 50% deposit of the event total cost is due upon formal acceptance of event estimate. If 50%

event deposit is not made with 2 business days event is subject to cancellation by The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes . You can request cancellation of your event with a full refund of your deposit if you email [email protected] to request cancellation prior to 7days from your scheduled event. If cancellation of event is not made within 7 days from scheduled start date your deposit become non-refundable. Any event reserved within 7 days from it's scheduled date has a non-refundable deposit unless voluntarily cancelled by The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes .

The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes   reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at any time.

If The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes  voluntarily cancels your event your deposit will be refunded.

Statement of No Liability

The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes   assumes no liability for damages to faculties, property or

persons in conjunction with this event rental or appearance.

Expenses

Fees are as follows: 

Rental 1/2 Day up to 4 hours $600.00 plus Mileage (.65.5 cents per mile per IRS mileage rate)

Rental Full Day 4-8 hours $1000  plus Mileage (.65.5 cents per mile per IRS mileage rate)  

Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract. If travel/overnights are needed, The client will be billed for any expenses incurred, such as food, lodging, Hotel, RV Park Fees 

Process

The Auto ToyBox Of Mercedes will bring the rental to your location, setup, and tear down, and then leave the event at the scheduled time.
