Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, it is agreed that we will use binding arbitration to resolve the matter.

Deposit Information
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Deposit is 50% of total cost. Deposit deadline is June 1st, 2025. After June 1st a late registration fee of $100 will be added to the overall cost of the workshop.

Payment Details
All payments must be paid in full by July 1st, 2025 and are Non-Refundable. $100 late fee will be added to your account if your account is not paid in full by the deadline of July 1st, 2025.

Refund
A refund will be made of the final half payment ONLY if full payment has been made and the request is made before June 1st, 2025. Partial Payments for single days and or missed times will not be allowed. There will be no refunds for any student/ parent who will not be attending the whole camp.

Photography
There are numerous cameras taking still and video shots in all camps so Attendance at camp requires that ALL participants agree that they may be photographed and release any copyright applicable.

Release of Liability
IN CONSIDERATION OF being permitted to participate in The Perfect Performance Workshops, Camps, Technical Theatre Training, Dance & Movement Training, Play Rehearsals and Productions, or similar events the undersigned, on behalf of the Minor Student/myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby: Releases and forever discharges The Perfect Performance, LLC, Sponsor and its employees, consultants, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action (collectively the "Claims") in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to myself or property howsoever caused, arising or to arise by reason of or during my participation in the Workshops and Camps. Indemnifies and holds harmless The Perfect Performance, LLC from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of or in any way connected to my participation in the Workshops and Camps and other events. Understands and acknowledges that The Perfect Performance, LLC does not carry or maintain health, medical or disability insurance coverage for the undersigned and therefore agrees to assume responsibility for such insurance coverage on the undersigned. Agrees that in the event that any provision of this Release and Indemnity is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision will not affect the remaining provisions of this Release and Indemnity, which shall continue to be enforceable.

Scripts and Play Productions do not reflect the views of the school or school district. This is a Perfect Performance Only Workshop
The Perfect Performance reserves the right to deny any child for any reason permission to participate in any workshops. The Perfect Performance also reserves the right to dismiss any child and/parent without any notice or reason if deemed necessary during a workshop without refund.

No part-time students or partial payments for single days at camp will be allowed. If you miss a portion of camp you will still owe the full amount.
I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE POLICIES AND PARTICIPANT RELEASE. I AM THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE STUDENT(S) LISTED BELOW AND I HEREBY RATIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS WHATSOEVER ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND THE MINOR STUDENT (S).

In an emergency, we will call an ambulance for a student who is ill or injured. Or, if it is deemed safe, we may take a student to a medical facility.

Parents/Guardians must provide TPP with a Medical Information Form at the beginning of the camp, or the student cannot be admitted.

The forms that you must print, fill out, and bring with you on the first day of camp can be downloaded under the form section of the menu. NOTE: if this form is not filled out, you will not be admitted into the camp.
